The program of the new Piacenza Expo Wine Fair, scheduled from Saturday 18th to Monday 20th November, is enriched with many side activities for an even more engaging and immersive
visitor experience. Visitors will discover new wineries and producers and will learn more about specific topics, thanks to the many masterclasses. They can also buy bottles, getting ready for
Christmas gifts, and take part in several activities related to the world of wine, culture, art, and plant growing.
In the main pavilion, there will also be some collateral initiatives such as Filari di Libri, a space where editors and writers will discuss and present books about wine in 30-minute meetings. The new Italy of wine will be the sector for live interviews of the Wine Fair podcast, which will host stories of harvests, courage, and innovation. In the Artist’s Cellars area, classic and contemporary works of art will be staged, representing objects, visions, and themes linked to the magic of wine. Ancient plants that tell the story of our land, fruits of natural agriculture to be rediscovered, will make up the Fuori Vigna: forgotten fruits emporium. A dedicated booth will showcase the 2024 activities and news about Italian Sommelier associations. Visitors will be able to participate in the “game”.
Messages in a Bottle: three adjectives for your wine, filling out a form to describe their favorite wine and inserting it in a barrel located at the exit of the fair. The three most recurring words will be chosen to form the claim of the next edition of the event.

but you can also purchase cumulative tickets at the price of 40 euros for access to two days and 55 euros for the entire fair.
